Tangier Island is full of boats like this one, old hulls tied to rotting pilings, slowly becoming part of the marsh. Nobody seems to be in a hurry to move them, and honestly, why would you? On a morning walk I came across this one. The reflection in the water was doing something the boat itself couldn't anymore, still holding sky, still holding together.
