The red-tailed hawk is a year-round resident of the Lubbock area, and there's something fitting about a bird known for its keen eyesight watching over a museum. I stopped because the shape of it against the clouds was too good to walk past. Shot outside the Museum of Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas.
