We were staying in San Esteban de Pravia and noticed the ocean was just outside of town on the map, so we went to see what was out there. What was out there was this. The Cantabrian coast in late afternoon light, all golden mist and crashing waves and headlands fading into the distance. It reminded me of the California coast, which I did not expect from northern Spain. The light, the sea mist, the drama of it. Different ocean, same feeling. Shot near San Esteban de Pravia, Asturias, Spain.
