This is why people come to Cudillero. The town is built into a steep hillside above a small fishing harbor, and the houses climb up in every direction, each one painted a different color like nobody ever got together to agree on a plan. Standing in the main plaza and looking up, it feels less like a town and more like someone stacked a painting against the hill. The views from up top must be incredible. The grocery runs, less so.
